About the plans
What counts as an active member?
In this draft, an active member is someone with a currently active membership at your gym. The exact counting rules are to be confirmed at launch.
Can I change plan later?
That is the intention: you should be able to move to a larger or smaller plan as your gym changes. How and when a change takes effect is to be confirmed at launch.
Do the prices include VAT?
To be confirmed with the final prices.
Can I get invoices in Macedonian denars?
Billing and invoicing in MKD will be confirmed before launch. For now the prices are shown in EUR.
What happens if I go over my plan’s limits?
To be confirmed at launch. If you expect to be close to a limit, tell us in your demo request and we will plan it with you.
Can my members pay for memberships through the app?
No. Online payment processing is not part of the product today. NetFit inSession tracks memberships and renewals.
