Under Enterprise a studio stops being one trainer with a login. Coaches are invited into the studio, each carries their own clients, and the owner sees the whole floor without logging in as anyone else. Roles are set in studio settings, not in a spreadsheet of shared passwords.

Do my clients pay anything?
No. Clients join free through your invite link and get the full client experience: workouts, nutrition logging, messaging and progress tracking. The subscription is yours alone.
What counts as an active client?
Someone you are currently coaching: they hold a seat in your studio and can open the app. Archive a client when you stop working together and the seat comes back the same day, with their history intact for when they return.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?
NetFit tells you before your next client or template would exceed the plan, with your current usage and the limit side by side — and upgrading takes effect immediately.
Can more than one coach work in my studio?
That is what Enterprise is for. Coaches are invited into your studio and each carries their own clients, while the owner sees the whole floor — no shared logins, and no second subscription per coach. Free, Pro and Studio are built around one coach.
Why is Enterprise quoted instead of priced?
Because the work differs per studio: how many coaches, what you are moving off, and whether you want a store-listed app under your own name. We scope it with you first, so the number you get is the number you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription yourself from the billing portal at any time; your data stays intact and you keep coaching on the free plan limits.
Can my clients use their language?
Yes. NetFit supports multiple languages, and you choose which ones to enable for your studio. Clients pick their language when they join.
Does it work offline?
The installed app queues nutrition entries, metrics, habits and messages while offline and syncs them the moment the connection returns — perfect for gym basements.
Who owns the client data?
You and your clients. We never sell personal information, media sits in private storage behind expiring links, and either party can delete the account and its data.
